The soundtrack for the upcoming Disney+ movie Disenchanted will be released by Walt Disney Studios. The sequel to Enchanted has music written by Alan Menken, just as the original did. As was done for the original release, Menken is joined by Stephen Schwartz. Disenchanted will be arriving on Disney+. It stars Amy Adams, Patrick Dempsey, James Marsden, Idina Menzel, Maya Rudolph, Yvette Nicole Brown, Jayma Mays and Gabriella Baldacchino. The movie is directed by Adam Shankman. 'The Disenchanted Original Soundtrack album features seven all-new original songs written by eight-time Oscar-winning composer Alan Menken and lyrics by three-time Oscar-winning lyricist Stephen Schwartz, , whose work on “Enchanted” garnered three Academy Award® nominations, and a score by Alan Menken.
