Northern Soul legend LORRAINE SILVER who is unbelievably now 70 years of age recorded ‘LOST SUMMER LOVE’ for PYE Records when she was 13 years old in 1965. Whilst not a chart hit this record went on to become an iconic track at the legendary Wigan Casino in the 70’s & was re-released on Casino Classics label and sold in excess of 30,000 copies. Now in 2022. BMG /Universal have launched a new series The Pye Northern Soul Singles and they selected Lorraine Silver as their first artist. So for the first time ever all 4 of Lorraine’s tracks which she recorded for PYE have been released together on a mini album and amazingly Spotify produced listening figures of almost 50 Thousand streams in first week of release
