This album has been out for less than 12 hours at the time of me writing this, but this is such an oasis from the mediocre year of hip hop 2023 has been (it has had its moments, such as Utopia, Love Sick, Pink Tape, Magic 2 & 3 but other than those its been pretty dry) The beats on this masterpiece are incredible. The flows and vocals and lyricism are all on point. Drake as an artist is UNMATCHED. I loved Her Loss, but we haven't had a solo drake album this good in a LONGGG time. The features, like on Utopia, are amazing, but not overpowering Drake himself. 21 Savage has an amazing rapping performance. Teezo Touchdown has impeccable vocals on the songs he is on, J. Coles flow is amazing, PARTYNEXTDOOR has some amazing vocals as well, SZA is Perfect on her songs, and even though im not a fan of some of his other work, Yeat is pretty impressive on IDGAF. Bad Bunny is pretty fitting on the song, glad to see him get his time to shine. Other features, such as Sexyy Red, Lil Yachty and Cheif Keef are also amazing. While this album isnt perfect, its as close to perfect of a Drake album weve gotten in a hot minute. Beats are perfect tho... give it a listen, you wont regret it!
