Logistic records is proud to present the Atom Heart & Pink Elln live series. This first release includes the live recording from Paris.

Atom™ and Pink Elln have known each other for around 20 years. Their first concert series dates back to 1992. Even back then, they based their musical performances on improvisation: a collection of prepared sequences, samples and rhythms modified, recombined and transformed. A continuous, unpredictable flow of sound. The technical equipment was minimal. At the time, it consisted of two analog sequencers, synthesizers, drum machines and effects units. For this series of concerts, they use two computers and a Roland TR-808. The performances are hardly defined or planned in advance, but the music seems to find its way by reflecting the mood of the situation as a whole: the audience, the sound system, the general atmosphere, etc.

Today's “Live Series” includes their very first concert recorded in 1992, as well as their reunion at the Mutek Festival in Valparaiso/Chile in 2003. The concerts seem to have developed their own process, taking the overall result to new horizons.
