Little One’ is the third release from UK double bassist Tim Thornton, and his debut release on AMP Music & Records. It features a set of original compositions exploring his journey into fatherhood for the first time.

Most of the material was written in the early months of fatherhood by humming and singing the tunes to his daughter whilst walking her up and down in an attempt to get her to sleep, and wanted to bring this method of composition into the recording process by writing vocalised backing harmonies without lyrics to some of the songs.

He is joined on this album by innovative guitarist Ant Law (born in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia) who’s perfect 4th tuning method and early influences of Blues and Arabic music make him stand out as one of the most original sounds on the guitar today. the group alos includes young Irish tenor saxophonist Riley Stone-Lonergan, drummer Chris Draper and Italian Vocalist Rosanna Brandi finishes the line up with guest appearances on several tracks.
