This exceptional album brings together for the first time these four scores and songs composed by Philippe Sarde, one of the most prolific French composers, averaging 18 millions of streams just on Spotify in the last 12 months. The compilation includes tracks such as the French and Italian versions La Chanson d'Hélène by RomySchneider and Michel Piccoli; La Lettre de Rosalie by Romy Schneider (from César & Rosalie) and a world premiere recording: La Maison sur la plage (A House by the Sea), a lost song penned by Sarde and Dabadie for Schneider in 1972, now gracefully recorded by Italo-French singer and actress Alice Taglioni specially for this project; Max et les ferrailleurs (including the title song by Mouloudji) and Une Histoire Simple.
