With over a decade in the Australian dance scene and abroad, Ryan Grieve is at the intersection of dance music, indie-pop and immersive audio-visuals as one half of DFA / Modular signed band Canyons and co founding the label Hole In The Sky who first broke Tame Impala and Pond. Rachel Rutt comes from a career as a model in both the Australian and international fashion industry, alongside a visual arts practice, pursuing textile as a craft. This led to collaborations with acclaimed ethical fashion brands such as Tome NYC and Wool and the Gang, evolving into documentation, combining film, music, and costume in a visual exploration. With her work with Ryan these mediums have come together once again to visually support the world of Heart People.

Heart People craft a unique and expansive sound that incorporates elements of dance music with emotive vocals and lyrics. Heart People is a multi-sensory experience with strong visual accompaniment to their ever- expanding soundtrack.
