Gerhaher now tackles this mammoth project and sings all of Schumann’s songs – 299 in total – accompanied as always by pianist Gerold Huber and globally renowned singer colleagues. The box set includes the complete Schumann Songs/Lieder, 299 in total on 11 CD's, which have been recorded with 10 singers between 2004 and 2020. The box set contains the previously released albums “Frage” (2018), “Myrthen” (2019), “Dichterliebe” (2004) and “Melancholie” (2008). 7 CDs are newly recorded.
