Ausfahrt’s music stems from the experiences of guitarist/composer/ bandleader Christina Zurhausen.

Her catchy songs portray the rawness of everyday life in the industrial and postindustrial Ruhr. She remembers the 90s, she dreams about the 60s. Here is love and confct, and philosophical leanings too: what is it that holds the world together? Ausfahrt was formed in 2015 and this experienced band can not just improvise but rock out as well.

Here is a band which knows how to express moods of both elegy and fervour, with a grunge rock aesthetic and energy - and plenty of attitude!
