The sixteenth edition of Hospital Records exclusive ‘Classic Symptoms’ series sees four originals from the label’s celebratory 25th anniversary compilation ‘H25PITAL’ pressed to an extremely limited vinyl run. This time around you’ll be able to get your hands on four NHS essentials on wax, namely the legendary ‘Beautiful Lies’ by B-Complex, Landslide’s ‘Drum & Bossa’, ‘Cadence (ft. Reija Lee)’ by Metrik and Cyantific’s ‘Don’t Follow (feat. Diane Charlemagne)’.

It’s safe to say that B-Complex’s ‘Beautiful Lies’ is an anthem in the hearts of every drum & bass lover which has penetrated the world of dance music and beyond. Originally appearing on the first ever ‘Sick Music’ compilation in 2009, the track has since been supported by an uncountable amount of DJs across the globe including being freestyled on by AJ Tracey when Toddla T spun it on BBC Radio 1Xtra.

Cyantific rounds things off with his esteemed 2005 single ‘Don’t Follow’ which features the instantly recognisable voice of Diane Charlemagne, the iconic powerhouse behind countless soul, jazz, funk and electronic music masterpieces before her tragic passing in 2015. This one received support from the likes of Fabio, Bryan Gee, Friction, DJ Flight, and Bailey and is still just as sincere to this day.
