Metronomy are undoubtedly one of the defining alternative acts of the 21st Century, renowned for their perfectly crafted electronic pop songcraft and electric live shows, that has seen them dazzle audiences at festivals and headline stages across the world. After releasing album seven Small World in 2022, Metronomy are now beginning their next chapter as they sign to Ninja Tune in 2024.
To celebrate the new relationship, their first offering from the label, “Nice Town”, will be released on a special limited edition vinyl - featuring the eclectic rapper, jazz musician and MD for Iggy Pop Pan Amsterdam, and including special remixes by Metronomy and Alain Ogue.

⭆ 2008 breakthrough album Nights Out was a critical success and landed on several Albums of the Year lists including NME, 2011 album The English Riviera certified Gold in the UK and was nominated for the Mercury Prize, 2014 record Love Letters saw the band headline the Park Stage at Glastonbury. Latest LP Small World hit #7 in the UK Official Albums Chart and saw the band return to Glastonbury, playing The Other Stage.

⭆ Recent Posse EP (2021) featured the likes of Biig Piig, Spill Tab, Sorry, Brian Nasty and Folly Group. The lead single from the EP, ‘405’, has since become one of their biggest tracks, with 15M streams on Spotify alone.

⭆ Metronomy have played on 6 continents and headlined Alexandra Palace in London (10K cap), Le Zenith in Paris (9K cap), Pepsi Centre in Mexico City (8K cap) as well as legendary theatres in cities all over. They have headlined or played notable spots at festivals including Coachella, Reading & Leeds, Primavera Sound, Summer Sonic, Rock Werchter, Benicassim, Lollapalooza, Montreux Jazz, Electric Picnic, Iceland Airwaves, MELT, Pitchfork Paris, SXSW, Green Man and many many more.
