This special release includes full sets of the Ballades, Nocturnes, Études, Préludes, and Mazurkas, with 3 out of 10 CD's remastered from the original master tapes. The clamshell box features original LP sleeves and labels, plus a booklet with full discographical notes. Fou Ts’ong was the first Chinese pianist to achieve international recognition. A former prize winner in the International Chopin Competition and recipient of a special award for his interpretation of Chopin Mazurkas.
