Decca is pleased to release the details for pre-order for star pianist Benjamin Grosvenor’s stunning new album “Liszt”.

Without doubt one of the most talented and gifted pianists on the planet, the virtuoso will also announce the renewal of his exclusive partnership with Decca Classics, joining a long list of outstanding pianists such as Nelson Freire, Vladimir Ashkenazy and Clifford Curzon.

The central piece is arguably the composer’s most cherished and his masterwork: the Sonata in B Minor. This is followed by the Berceuse, 3 Sonnets, the Reminiscenes de Norma before the album finishes with Liszt’s marvellous arrangement of Schubert’s “Ave Maria” (to be released digitally on Friday).
